If your property needs any extra services like furnishing or styling, we’re here to help. Listing goes live within the 7 days, ready to reap in income once the keys are handed over. Our comprehensive range of services includes booking management, pricing optimization, guest communication, property maintenance, and professional cleaning.

Our expert team will craft a compelling listing that showcases your property’s unique features while optimizing it for top search results on all booking platforms—a service typically valued at AUD 250. High-quality photos are essential for attracting more bookings and commanding higher rates. With professional photography, you could see up to 40% more bookings compared to other listings in your area. We offer professional photo shoots starting from $280 for a minimum of 25 photos. To ensure exceptional guest experiences, we also require the property to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before its first booking. We’ll provide a personalized cleaning quote based on your property’s condition.
There are no additional upfront costs beyond our ongoing management fee of 18% inclusive of GST.

We’re all about hands-on, local management in metropolitan Melbourne. No outsourcing here! Your dedicated property manager will be your go-to, optimising prices, conducting regular inspections, and even greeting guests personally when needed. We’re committed to continually refining our strategies to optimize occupancy and enhance your income over time whilst ensuring every exceptional experience for your guests. We are committed to supporting those who share our services, as well as friends and family who are referred to us. For each eligible host you refer who signs up, you will receive a $500 reward after their 10th booking. Additionally, if you refer a second or third property for us to manage, we will waive your onboarding fee ($250 excluding GST) and provide a complimentary professional photo shoot for your new property (valued at $300 or more).
